WaveKat Voice is commercial software. © WaveKat. All rights reserved.
The app is proprietary — downloading and using it doesn’t grant rights to copy, modify, or redistribute it. Pricing and the full license terms will be announced; in the meantime, questions are welcome at hello@wavekat.com.
Built on open libraries
WaveKat Voice is built on WaveKat’s open-source audio and telephony libraries — including wavekat-core, wavekat-sip, wavekat-asr, wavekat-vad, wavekat-turn, and wavekat-tts. Those are freely available at github.com/wavekat and on crates.io, each under its own license. The app itself — the product you install — is the commercial layer on top.
The app also includes open-source components from the wider ecosystem, used under their respective licenses.
Your data
Live transcription, when you turn it on, runs entirely on your machine — the speech-to-text happens on your computer, not on a server. Crash reporting is optional and anonymous: no phone numbers, contacts, or account details are ever included, and you control it in Settings → About.
